Order Processing Timeframe
We try to process every order within a span of 1 to 3 business days, not counting weekends and national holidays. Our team is committed to dispatching your orders as swiftly as possible. You'll be informed via email once your order is on its way.
Checking Your Order Status
Upon the dispatch of your order, you'll receive a notification email that includes a tracking number. This number allows you to monitor your order's journey. Tracking details usually become accessible within 1 to 3 business days. Should your domestic delivery not arrive within 8 business days after your shipping confirmation, kindly reach out to us at support@trycielo.com with your details and order reference for assistance.
Anticipated Delivery Times
The processing of most orders falls within the 1 to 3 business day range. The delivery timeframe thereafter is based on your selected shipping method, applicable only to orders within the US.
- Free Delivery: 5-8 business days
- Express Delivery: 2-3 business days
- International Delivery varies by destination, taking 12-15 business days, with rates depending on the location.
Please note, these shipping times do not include the initial 1-3 business day processing period. Orders placed after 11:00 am EST on Fridays or over weekends will commence processing on the next business Monday. Our operations do not extend to weekends or public holidays.
Returns and Refunds
Our return policy lasts for 14 days post-purchase. If this period has passed, we're unable to offer a refund.
Returns
To qualify for a return due to sanitary considerations, items must be untouched, in their original condition, and packaging. You should also include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Note, you'll be responsible for your return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we'll communicate via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 14 business days.

International Shipping
We do offer international shipping to a select list of countries, with delivery times and costs varying by location. International deliveries generally take 12-15 business days post-processing.
UK & EU Shipping
We facilitate shipments to the UK and EU, partnering with Passport Shipping for all applicable orders to ensure compliance and efficient delivery.
Taxes and Duties on International Orders
International orders may incur taxes and duties, calculated and applied at checkout. Be aware that additional charges might be levied upon your order's arrival, which fall under your responsibility.
Order Cancellations
Accidental orders can be addressed by contacting us at support@trycielo.com promptly. While we'll attempt to halt processing, shipped orders must be returned within 30 days in their original, unopened state for a refund. Opened items cannot be returned.
